@ The Proc – No. You most certainly may not borrow my PHS jacket. First, you didn’t tell me why you wanted to borrow it (though your radar did pick up that I just washed it).
The wearing of the PHS jacket requires a particular lipstick. I have it. You don’t (anymore).
